My First Workout
So as of today I am now on my second set of each workout and everything is going just fine. My first run of 20 minutes wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, although I only managed to eek out 1.08 miles in that time. I think it might be time to get outside as soon as the snow clears. Everyone that I've talked to says that running outside is way better than running on a treadmill. The situps and pushups aren't as bad as I thought they were going to be either. All in all this will only take me a maximum of 30 minutes a day. No excuses for not enough time to work out anymore...
